Return and Exchange Conditions

1. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your products. Return and exchange requests are only valid for products that are unused, unopened and in their original condition.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all tags and invoice.
- Before requesting a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service.
- The product price will be refunded within 10 business days after the return is approved.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange?
- You can request a return or exchange by contacting us via the customer service section on our website or by phone.
- For return or exchange, you will need to send the product to the specified address. Shipping costs may vary depending on the condition of the returned product.

4. Which Products Cannot Be Returned?
- For hygienic reasons, cosmetics and underwear products cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or special order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Return and Exchange Fees
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the shipping costs will be covered by our company.

6. Product Change
- If the product needs to be exchanged, it will be exchanged with a product that is available in our stock. If the product you request to be exchanged is not in our stock, a refund will be made.

7. Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product during delivery, you must notify the cargo officer at the time of delivery and have a report drawn up. Then, you can contact our customer service.

8. Time Limit for Return and Exchange Process
The return and exchange process is limited to 14 days. If you exceed this period, returns and exchanges cannot be made.
